SmartLink Basic

SmartLink is a power-efficient and easy way to remotely monitor buoys and lighthouse installations. Thanks to its compact size, it can be installed directly in a number of lanterns, which reduces installation costs and it is easy to upgrade existing systems with remote monitoring. SmartLink is equipped with a built-in GSM modem and communicates with the monitoring software WebScada. WebScada is used to read the status and reports of the monitored objects and it warns users of errors in beacons and buoys via SMS and E-mail. SmartLink reads out information from SmartFlasher / LED flasher via the built-in serial port and can send data to the user such as charging voltage, character, battery status and error codes. Via four digital and analog inputs and outputs, it can communicate with equipment such as racon, chargers and lamp exchangers. The power consumption is very low and does not significantly affect the load on the supply to the lamp.
